Sauder TV Stand
This was a great purchase! At first I thought this TV would be too low and too wide, but so not the case. This stand holds my 47" TV, contains so much room for storage (DVD's, PS3, etc.), and occupies hardly any space in the house. The instructions were quite simple and took me maybe 30 min. to an hour to put together. The safety glass it comes with gives this stand such a beautiful shine/reflection it will go with any decorum you may have. Shipping was fast for standard. For such a great price, enjoy a TV stand that will amaze your friends and family. Highly recommend it.
I was a little hesitant about ordering this item because it seemed on the inexpensive side but I thought it just might be a nice find. It is! The construction is quite stable and materials do not look or feel cheap. The styling fits our decor perfectly and, most of all, it's met my wife's approval. Usually putting these DIY items together is an exercise in frustration. As noted elsewhere, the instructions were straightforward and I had the stand assembled and in use in 45 minutes. If you have need of a stylish, unobtrusive TV stand, I recommend this one for your use.
This is one well-put-together TV stand. The tempered glass is a beautiful smoked black, and the black metal frame offers a very sturdy, simple, yet elegant appearance. I am not the fastest at assembling items, but this only took me 15 minutes to put together. In fact, it took me as much time to unpack it from the wrap and extremely secure double box, as it did to assemble. If you are looking for a no frills stand at a price that I think is just incredible, then this is the right item for you. I highly recommend it as someone who over-researches EVERY product before a purchase.
You'll want to note the dimensions of the stand before buying. I prefer a stand that allows me to view at a height that is directly in front of me when sitting, and I am 5'9", and have a couch that sits off the floor at the same height as the stand, of about 2 1/2 feet. Some people prefer to view their TV at a bit higher location off the floor, so keep that in mind. It fit my 42" flat screen with about two inches remaining on each side, so it will definitely hold a 47" TV. This stand typically sells in retail stores for $149.00 before taxes. I got it through Target Decor and More on Amazon for only $73.95. Shipping was $37.95, so the total came to $111.90. Very happy with this purchase.
